1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

Vitality Brands is a business in the health & Beauty industry that distributes RevitaLash Cosmetics in South Africa.

​2. Delivery policy

• Free Delivery for all online orders over R500.
• There will be a delivery charge for online orders under R500.
• Shipping within South Africa only. We do not ship internationally.
• We do not offer express delivery.
• Orders will be delivered within 3 – 5 working days from when you receive an online order confirmation.
• A signature will be required on delivery.
• We do no permit delivery to PO Box Addresses.s.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed, an online order confirmation will be sent via email and delivery will take place in 3 – 5 working days by way of courier service.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

If any item/s in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for the item/s.

3. Returns & Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Vitality Brands is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Vitality Brands will refund the client in full within 30 days.

We promise you will fall in love with our products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your RevitaLash® Cosmetics product purchased online via revitalash.co.za, you may return the product within 30 calendar days after receipt, providing the product has not been used. We will then issue a full refund (minus shipping and handling fees), provided you have notified us via email and returned the unused product to our business address with original proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. Customer Privacy policy

Vitality Brands shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 5. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Vitality Brands bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

6. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for Vitality Brands via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

7. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by Vitality Brands separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on DPO PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

9. Responsibility

Vitality Brands takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. Vitality Brands (PTY) LTD takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

10. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Vitality Brands chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature as South Africa.

11. Variation

Vitality Brands may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part there of at any time without notice.
